Lindsey Garito is an award-winning human resources executive with two decades of experience transforming organizations through strategic and innovative people & culture practices. From talent acquisition to HR technology to total rewards, Lindsey has experience in various domains of human resources across diverse industries such as consumer services, hospitality, and healthcare in both private and nonprofit sectors. Lindsey's passion lies in empowering people to cultivate workplaces and careers that are totally rewarding.

Lindsey earned a BBA and MBA from Pace University and holds SHRM-SCP and SPHR certifications, making her a powerhouse of knowledge and practical application. Lindsey's expertise is backed by prestigious accolades, including the 2024 SHRM NYS HR Professional of the Year and the 2023 Susan R. Meisinger Fellowship Award. Her team’s work also earned Workday Process Innovation Awards in 2021 and 2020.

Beyond her corporate achievements, Lindsey is dedicated to being of service and supporting the community. Lindsey is President-Elect for Westchester Human Resource Management Association (WHRMA), where has been serving as the Emerging Professionals Chair for several years. She launched a certification grant award and mentorship program, which has now run four successful cohorts with over 40 participants. Lindsey also serves on the board of directors for Greater Mental Health of New York.

Lindsey also volunteers as a career mentor with several local and national organizations.

Lindsey is deeply committed to helping HR and business professionals and leaders grow and reach their highest potential. Lindsey is a career coach and empowers individuals to become CEO of their career. She regularly shares her insights and experiences as a speaker, in various publications and media, and as a member of the Forbes Human Resources Council.
